SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive transactional text messages from WebZum related to:

  • Account security alerts
  • Ownership verification codes
  • Business protection notifications
  • Fraud prevention alerts

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive 1-5 messages per month on average. Messages are only sent for security and verification purposes, never for marketing or promotional content.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier. WebZum does not charge fees for SMS messages. Standard messaging rates from your carrier will apply.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time using any of these methods:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • Manage notification preferences in your account settings
  • Contact our support team at support@webzum.com

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers

SMS notifications are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other participating carriers. If you experience delivery issues, please contact support.

Privacy and Security

Your phone number is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information. SMS notifications are sent via Twilio, a trusted messaging service provider.
